The Marketing and Sales Office externalizes the advocacy of the organization by establishing partnerships with companies and providing financial support for the organization. The office also handles the branding of the organization to properly market AMS to the people inside and outside of Ateneo. Members of the office are assigned to a project to handle the communications with sponsoring companies. The office also handles two projects: Mathventure Pledge Drive and Sweet Escape.
Documentations and Promotions Office
The Documentations Office is in charge of handling the project documentations of the organization in terms of files, and media. Members of the office are assigned to a project to handle the photographs and videos of the event.
The Promotions Office fosters the creativity in every AMS-related event and are the people behind the branding and aesthetics of the organization. Members of the office are assigned to a project to handle the creation of promotional materials.
Internals Office
The Internals Office is the arm of the Office of Internals Vice President that handles the evaluation and feedback system, and the member development and formation efforts of the organization. Members of the office are assigned to a project to handle the evaluation and feedback processes, the formation of the project core team, and other internal communication. The office also handles the Apprenticeship program of the organization.
Externals Office
The Externals Office is the arm of the Office of Externals Vice President that handles organization partnerships, alumni relations, and career development. Members of the office are assigned to a project to handle speaker and participant invitations, organization partnership proposals, and other forms of external communication. The office also handles two projects: RecWeek and Career Hacks.
Finance Office
The Finance Office is in charge of handling the organization’s funds by handling the processes of deposits and reimbursements, and by creating the financial reports of the organization's projects and efforts. Members of the office are assigned to a project to handle its financial matters.
